The existing entrance to the private township lacks identity and has an asphalt carriageway, each 7.5 mt wide. Our proposal includes a right-of-way design, curb stone paving, and an overhead M.S. steel canopy with a signage design. The precast concrete wall panels will add to the texture and provide a backdrop to the entryway landscape.
The landscape is proposed with ornamental plants and native trees on either side of the driveway. The trees and tall shrubs are low-branched to avoid blocking the view of vehicles. Plants like sansevieria, furcarea etc with upright forms, bright colours, and coarse textures have been used to create a dramatic visual impact. The seasonal shrubbery and water features add to the sensory experience.
