The Bombay Diocesan Trust Association office (BDTA) is an IIB-listed building located in the Fort precinct of Mumbai. The property was lying vacant and idle before being taken up by the trust office in 2018. During its unadministered years, several illegal constructions were executed. The alterations caused damage to the building as it did not consider any structural or aesthetic factors.
