Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) is a grade I, UNESCO world heritage site. It was formerly the Victoria Terminus. It was designed by British Architect Frederick William Stevens in Gothic style of Architecture.
Part of the CSMT redevelopment project, SMA’s scope is limited to the CSMT’s GM and Annexe building. The scope of work includes preparing condition mapping drawings and proposal documents for Heritage Committee (MHCC) NOC, vetting of proposal drawings in consultation with the client and site work supervision.
