L & T House is a grade IIA listed structure constructed in 1924. It is in Ballard Estate which is the most coveted commercial areas in Mumbai. It is designed with Art Deco elements which is very different from the prominent Baroque Revival style of the Ballard Estate. 

SMA has been appointed for preparing 3D lidar documentation drawings, detailed condition mapping drawings and report.
