Port Bhavan is the headquarters of Mumbai Port Authority whereas Vijaydeep building is an extension to it. Port Bhavan is a grade II A listed building located in the Ballard Estate area of Mumbai. 

SMA was appointed by Mumbai Port Authority for refurbishment and upgradation of their department office interiors. The scope of work includes preparing detailed furniture, civil, MEP and fire layouts, designing of custom furniture, selection of materials, estimates, tender documents and supervision of work execution.
